Returns Policy

At Nailtoolz, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. Our return policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties involved.

Defective or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is defective or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund, in accordance with your rights under consumer protection laws.

Incorrect Items Received

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will rectify the error by sending you the correct item at no additional cost or providing a refund, as per your rights under consumer protection laws.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for change of mind. This includes instances where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or no longer require the product. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you believe that your situation warrants an exception, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. If you’re unsure about whether an item is returnable, please contact us for clarification.

Gift Cards

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us at info@nailtoolz.com.au with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
  2. Allow 24 hours for our customer service team to review and approve your return request.
  3. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a postage label and a returns authority slip. Please print the label and attach it to the outside of the package, and include the returns slip inside. All costs associated with postage will be the responsibility of the customer. Nailtoolz does not cover the cost of postage for returns.
  4. Send the item back as soon as possible to ensure it falls within the 14-day return window. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
    • In its original, unused condition
    • In its original packaging
    • With tags (if applicable)
    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
  1. Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your payment method, depending on your bank or credit card company.
